Thanks for Stopping By!

As a medical student, and even in my personal life with friends and family, I’ve seen how health challenges can deeply affect both daily life and long-term health. That’s what inspired me to create the 3 vs 3 Pledge.

My hope is that this initiative reminds people that small changes truly matter, and that there is strength in numbers when communities come together to encourage, inspire, and support one another toward better health.

Please remember that the information shared through this initiative is for educational purposes only and is not intended to replace medical advice from your healthcare provider.

Thank you for being here and for taking a step toward a healthier future for yourself, your friends, and your family.

Is 3 vs 3 medical advice?

No. 3 vs 3 is a wellness and educational initiative designed to encourage healthier lifestyle habits. Participants should always consult their healthcare provider regarding personal medical concerns.

What is the 3 vs 3 Pledge?

The 3 vs 3 Pledge is a community wellness initiative encouraging individuals to commit to three simple lifestyle changes that support better long-term health.

Is the pledge free?

Yes. The 3 vs 3 Pledge is completely free to join.

How can my organization partner with 3 vs 3?

Churches, nonprofits, schools, fraternities, sororities, civic organizations, and community groups can partner with 3 vs 3 by hosting wellness activations, educational events, or pledge drives.

Does my organization need medical professionals onsite?

No. Many activations focus on education, awareness, and healthy habit encouragement. Health professionals may participate when available.

Why does knowing your numbers matter?

Knowing important health numbers like blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol can help individuals identify potential risks early and make informed decisions about their health.

Can small lifestyle changes really make a difference?

Yes. Research shows that consistent healthy habits such as improved nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management can positively impact long-term health.

What if I fall a little short of accomplishing my 3 lifestyle goal?

Not at all. The goal is progress, consistency, and healthier habits over time — not perfection.

Do I need to change everything at once?

No. The purpose of the 3 vs 3 Pledge is to encourage small, realistic changes that can grow into healthier long-term habits over time.
